Med lättade restriktioner från 210601 tillåts inomhusevenemang med anvisade platser för upp till 50 personer. Det innebär att vi kan köra turneringen!

Hej alla!
Grön BB-spelare här. Har arrangerat ett antal 40k-turneringar. Fick en BB 3rd i en låda från en källare. Fastnade fullständigt och spårade som vanligt ur fullständigt. Så siktar på släpa ihop folk jag känner för att få dem hooked på BB. Och fått hjälp/inspiration av sköna lirare i BB-communityt, så vi kör detta som en NAF-approved turnering.
Går i riktigt schyssta lokaler med fantastisk utsikt över hela Stockholm. Ska göra mitt bästa för att få till en riktigt trevlig turre och göra så få missar som möjligt.

Death zone is not used.
-BB Second Season (BB2020) rulebook and rules for exhibition play (pg. 101 -103) are used in full, with the following exceptions/clarifications:
• Swiss pairing
• If any coach wants a chess clock, both coaches must use a chess clock. The same clock must be accessible and used by both coaches. The time remaining from when chess clock is introduced is split between both coaches. When any coach runs out of time they can no longer perform any actions or move/place their players. After 2,5 hours play time dice is down and results are reported as they stand. If your fellow coach has trouble finishing – please help him out.
• Both players must decide what counts as cocked dice before the match.

• Rules disputes: This is a beginner friendly tournament. Be a gentle person and help your fellow out. If rules uncertancies should occur despite this, make sure you have rules in question, including faq, at hand when calling a judge.
TEAM BUILDING
Team Value (TV) for the event is 1.150.000 - including inducements.
The Race Tier (1-3) determine the amount of Star Player Points (SPP) availale for skills.
Tier 1: 24 SPP
Tier 2: 36 SPP
Tier 3: 72 SPP
In BB2020 the tier is set in the rules for each teams, so see the rulebook for your team.
See pg. 71 in rulebook for skill costs.
SPPs and skills must be noted on the Coach’s rooster.
Randomized skills / character improvement is not allowed.
Star players can not take extra skills.
All teams available from Games Workshop are allowed, as well as Slann and Daemons of Khorne. Star Players from Spike Magazine #11 are allowed.

Kul med en ny turnering!
En fråga om reglerna: finns det några begränsningar för skills, stats osv? Eller handlar man för 1200 TV rakt av? Det framgår inget om tieringen heller - hur påverkar den?
Kanske står det på Facebook, men länken verkar trasig(?) EDIT: löste det, det är ett http för mycket i början. Har ansökt om medlemskap i den läbbiga 40k-gruppen. Känns pirrigt :).

TEAM BUILDING
TV for the event is 1200 and all NAF approved teams are allowed including Slann, Bretonnians, Khorne and the Old World Alliance team. Underworld Denizens will use the roster from Spike! Journal 9 (the new one!) and not the previous version.
- Argue the call, Timber are allowed. Pile on is allowed as per the NAF Document (costs team reroll)
Skills – you may have as many skills as the chart below outlines. You may also if you wish swap a double for 2 normals..

Är Grak and Crumbleberry tillåtna som starplayers?
Man får alltså först lite skills utifrån sin Tier och får sedan dessutom köpa extra för 20K normal/30k double?
Ska förtydliga efter diskussion med TO: man får alltså handla så många skills med medel från sin kassa på 1200 TV.

I övrigt ville jag inte påpeka något om era första team building-regler eftersom jag tänkte att det är ändå bra när folk experimenterar med något annorlunda - ofta blir det litet tokigt men ibland kommer det fram något bra som ingen tänkte på innan - men det här blir trots allt mer rättvist.

ja, det är både kul och lite läskigt att ge sig ut på okänt vatten. Men vi har fått bra stöd av ett trevligt community. Så ser mycket fram emot detta.
för övrigt är Tier 4 uppdaterade också. 2 double och 6 normal skills. Så dags att måla färdigt de där snotlingarna :)

@Juiblex Hej, lagens tier står i reglerna för resp lag i BB2020. Så nej du, Wood Elves är Tier 1 :)
