Du o Du - Duo! 28/6 2025

Squads of 2 - aiming for 14 squads = 28 coaches and NAF squad trophy for the winner.

4 games of resurrection swiss in one day.

Swiss is based on squad performance first and then individual matching within the squad. The first round is random.

The cost is 175 kronor (or 17 Euro) per coach.

Played at Nystan & Spel - Edövägen 7A, Saltsjö-Boo, Stockholm.

Note any dietary needs for the included sandwich in your registration.

You must be a NAF member to sign up for this tournament.

5/2/0 scoring, for both squad and individual score.

All casualties count, no matter how they come about.

Tie breakers:

Strength of Schedule

Head to head

Lowest uniqeness value (see rules below)

Best TD+CAS difference

Earlier roster registration date (for all squad members).

There will be a non playing Tournament Organiser acting as support and referee as needed.

The special rules

The Pro squad mates:

Your team must include at least 1 lineman. Nominate one lineman on your team. This player gets the Pro skill for free (yes even if it is a stunty player). Can not be given additional skills.

Each squad gets 2 teamwork tokens. At the start of a game the squad may spend a token to exchange their Pro linemen with each other for the rest of that game. Alert the TO and hand over your token when doing this.

If the opposing team causes a casualty on the traded Pro player they get to record 2 casualties instead of 1! This is only when the Pro player has changed teams.

Teams from the squad with the higher uniqueness value (the less unique team) chooses whether to use a teamwork token first. If equal value then flip a coin to see who goes first.

Uniqueness value: each roster has a value equal to the total amount of that roster picked for the tournament.

Example:

If your squad is Necromantic and Goblins, and there are 3 Necro teams and 1 Goblin team in the tournament, your squad uniqueness value is 4.

Team creation

3 tiers (linemen swapping makes some teams stronger).

  1. 1110k and 7 skill points

DE, WE, Undead, Underworld, Amazons, High Elf, Lizardmen, Dwarf, Skaven, Orc, Norse, Elven Union

  1. 1140k and 8 skill points

Necromantic, OWA, Tomb Kings, Chaos dwarf, Vampire, Slann, Chaos, Khorne, Human

  1. 1170k and 9 skill points

Goblin, Halfling, Ogre, Gnomes, Black orcs, Snotlings, Nurgle, Renegades, Nobility

Each primary skill costs 1 skill point.

Skill stacking: yes, but only with 2 primary skills. Costs 1 extra skill point for each such player (meaning a stack always costs 3 skill points).

Secondary skills: yes to any amount, but can not be stacked. Costs 2 skill points each.

Stats: no stats can be added.

Inducements:

You must list your chosen inducements clearly when creating your team.

No star players with a cost above 180k are allowed. Mega stars and Skitter are banned. Star players cost 1 skill point each to include. Roster must have 11 players before adding star players. There is no highlander rule, so stars play even if both teams have hired the same star.

Allowed inducements:

0-1 Team Mascot

0-2 Bloodweiser Keg

0-3 Bribe

0-1 Master Chef

0-2 Wandering Apo

0-1 Mortuary Assistant

0-1 Josef Bugman

0-1 Plague Doctor

0-1 Riotous Rookies

0-2 Star player costing up to 180k each (see banned stars above)

Other rules

Behave in a friendly and helpful manner. We are enjoying a great game together, and our main objective should be having a great time together.

Your team should be painted and easy to identify. Using colored bases to identify different positionals is a good start. You must include an easy way to see which model has added skills.

Your dice should be easy to read at a glance. If your opponent has a hard time seeing what you roll they may ask you to stop using those dice. Dice sharing is encouraged, as is the use of dice towers.

Using a chess clock to keep track of each player’s time is highly encouraged. There will not be enough clocks for everyone to borrow, so bringing one yourself is appreciated.

If there is a disagreement at your table, try to solve it with support from the other coaches at the table first. If that is not enough you may either consult the rulebook or roll a dice to see what happens. If that does not seem enough, ask the TO to make a judgement. In this case - do not argue the decision made by the TO.

We are playing in a store that also has a café. This means that you can not bring your own meals or snacks to eat at the venue, as well as drinks beyond water bottles or neccessary dietary needs.

In the case of a sudden dropout we shall strive to replace that coach or squad. In this case the replacements will use pre-constructed rosters, but these will not change the numbers for uniqueness values in the tournament.

    var o var?

Edit: Aha, Stockholm...... Vet inte hur jag missade det :/

  • Skoj regler!

Expect the insufferable!

  • Jag hoppar in i Hovrings lag
