I - Format
The Spike Eur’Open is a Blood Bowl 2 party competition, each party composed by 3 coach inspired by Eur’Open/EuroBowl rules.
The competition will be resurrection mode so the registered team will not be able to evolve during the tournament, if a coach leave the tournament before the end he cant be replaced by a coach who already play for another team but may exceptionally (1 time only) be replaced by a teammate. Within the same team it is not possible to play the same race several times.
The competition takes place in the Swiss round with 5 rounds of 2 weeks and 3 minutes per turn. Stadium Improvements are not allowed, however you can enlarge your stadium.
Each team of 3 coaches will face another team made up of 3 coaches, the pairing will be based on the individual ranking of each coach, the highest ranked coach of team A will face the highest ranked coach of team B and and so on.
The matches of the first round will be drawn randomly as well as the pairings, then the following matches will be defined according to the principles of Swiss round.
The global ranking of the competition will be established by team as follows:
2 Pts for a win1 Point for a draw0 Point for a loss
Tie Breaker:
Cumulated number of points of each coach (2-1-0)Head to headTeam compliance point (see below)Touchdown difference + Casualties difference (cas who generate SPP)In the event of a tie for first place at the end of the 5th round, there will be a play-off between the teams concerned by applying the pairing rules defined above. If that is not enough, the admin team reserves the right to propose another format to tie the tied teams.
II - Team submission
Teams must be created in Blood Bowl 2 and validated no later than May 8, 2020, 20:00 UTC. After this deadline, each non-created or invalid team will cause the withdrawal of a compliance point, on the contrary if the team is submitted on time and validated this will result in the addition of a compliance point. Each invalid team submission will also result in the loss of one compliance point. The sum of the individual compliance points will be used as a tiebreaker, the initial value is 0, the high limit +3 and the low limit -3.

IV - Skills
You can use additional cash after spending whole starting budget. Each non spend amount from starting budget is lost and cannot be used with additional one. Each team has additional cash based on their Tier that can be spent on additional skills, players, star players, inducements, assistant coaches, cheerleaders or fan factor.
The cost of the additional skill is:
20k for normal skill30k for double skillsMaximum one player in each team can stack an additional skill, the second of the stacked skill costs 30k, both skills have to be normal skillsMaximum one player in each team from tier 1-3 can have one double skillMaximum two players in each team from tier 4-6 can have one double skillStar players may not receive additional skills
